Back from Training Across America

Just got back from traveling by train from California to the East Coast to help my stepsister celebrate her 90th birthday. What a civilized way to travel and what a nice way to get reacquainted with my country after so many years abroad. And boy, did we have a nice time helping Barb celebrate — a small dinner party every evening during the week with a shifting cast of characters, followed by a lunch for “80 of her closest friends” on Saturday.The three weeks away were not only fun, but restorative. Now it’s time to get back to work on the final draft of Child’s Play, but first, there’s some important news to share. This to follow on successive blogs.
